Every project starts with a conversation. If you’re thinking about an extension, a remodel or a new home, a consultation is a relaxed, no-obligation way to talk through your ideas with an architect before you decide anything.

We’ll ask about how you live, what you’re hoping to achieve and what’s prompting the change. You’re welcome to share anything from a vague notion to a folder of inspiration images. We’ll also give you an early, honest view of what’s likely to be possible, from budget and planning to any technical hurdles, so you can decide on your next step with a clearer picture.

It’s also a chance for you to get a feel for us. The right architect is someone you’ll enjoy working with as well as trust, so it’s worth finding out whether we’re a good fit for each other, and whether your project is a good fit for us.

Consultations last around 30 minutes and take place by phone or video call, so it doesn’t matter where you are. If you’re nearby, you’re welcome to meet US in person. If we both feel it’s the right match, the next step is a visit to your home or site, followed by a no-obligation, detailed fee proposal.
